■ABOUT Shibuya Entertainment Festival 2025
Commonly known as “Shibuya Entame Fes,” this is one of Japan’s largest nightlife circuit events, organized by the Shibuya Entertainment Association (SEA) to promote “better manners,” “voluntary safety regulations,” and the “revitalization of the Shibuya entertainment scene.”
Launched in 2016 following revisions to Japan’s entertainment business laws, the festival continues to attract both local and international clubgoers—especially young audiences—providing them with a chance to experience Tokyo’s vibrant club culture firsthand.
As one of the world’s leading music capitals alongside London and New York, Tokyo—especially Shibuya—is home to numerous clubs, live venues, and record shops. The sounds emerging from this area continue to influence fashion, youth culture, and global music trends.
