Justin Owen (formerly known as DJ UCHU) is a Tokyo-based music producer and DJ. He began his career as a DJ in 2018 and founded 2k21 RECORD LABEL JAPAN in 2021. In 2022, he rebranded as Justin Owen and began expanding his career into the global music scene.

His music has reached No.1 on dance charts across multiple countries on Apple Music, Beatport, and Traxsource. His signature tracks “SHINITAI” and “EDEDM VVIP” have each surpassed 10 million streams, contributing to more than 50 million total streams across all platforms.

Following successful tours in South Korea and Taiwan, Justin has continued to expand his presence throughout Asia. In 2025, he launched TECH MAFIA RECORD, and more recently, from his base at Tokyo’s WOMB, he has been developing and championing a new genre known as “ASIA TECH.”

In 2026, he surpassed 4 million monthly listeners on YouTube Music and 200,000 monthly listeners on Spotify. With a vision to bring Asia-born Electronic Music culture to the world, Justin continues to push boundaries and shape new trends within the global electronic music scene.
