JUNK.PARK
JUNK.PARK began studying music on the Yamaha Electone from an early age, earning Grade 5 certification while still in junior high school. He quickly emerged as a composer and trackmaker, and in 2001 was selected as an opening act for DREAMS COME TRUE’s nationwide tour. His remix of “WINTER SONG” further drew attention and established his presence in the club scene.
Throughout the 2000s, he developed his career as a resident DJ for Ministry of Sound Japan, exploring sounds across genres from electronic music and house to K-pop. Recognized as a pioneer in establishing K-pop as part of club culture, he helped shape the blueprint for immersive K-pop club events that integrate music, lighting, and visuals into a complete experience.
Today, he is also a radio personality on Tokai Radio’s “ONE ROOF RADIO,” sharing the latest in music and culture while bringing the energy of the real club scene to a younger generation. Moving between the worlds of clubs and radio, he continues to pursue his belief in taking “music from the dancefloor into culture.”
Even in the age of AI, JUNK.PARK remains committed to conveying genuine human emotion and energy through real sound, making him an iconic figure in K-pop club culture.
“From the dancefloor into culture.”
Guided by this philosophy, JUNK.PARK continues to bring human emotion and energy to life through real sound—even in the age of AI.
