imus

Born in 1995, IMUS is a DJ and selector based in Tokyo. Since launching her career in 2020, she has quickly made her name across Japan’s underground club scene and local raves, with techno at the core of her sound. Her appearances include Keep Hush Tokyo in 2022, FUTURE TERROR and RICK OWENS Tokyo in 2023, and Georgia’s renowned techno club BASSIANI in 2025. Today, she has become one of the most notable DJs attracting attention beyond the boundaries of the scene.

Her musical spectrum ranges widely from classic to mutant and experimental sounds, approaching music from both dancefloor and listening perspectives. Her sets combine solidly constructed sonic spaces with cinematic, imaginative soundscapes, unfolding like a carefully woven story.

Her distinctive spirituality, breathing beneath layers of electronic sound, and intelligent grooves that shift freely in temperature and mood guide the dancefloor deep into a trip where mind and body resonate as one.
