① We kindly ask you to cooperate with us to sanitize your hands and get body temperature check upon entry.
 
② Please wear a mask and observe coughing etiquette.
 
③ We ask you for your contact information. (Name and Email address)

 
④If you have the following symptoms, please refrain from coming to the venue. There might be restrictions of entry depending on the circumstances.
・Customer who has a temperature over 37.5℃ or continuous fever
・Customer who currently feel unwell, have following symptoms (cough, difficulty in breathing, general malaise, sore throat, nasal discharge/congestion, a new loss of taste/smell, sore eye, redness of the conjunctiva, headache, joint/muscle ache, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting).
・Customer under medical supervision to refrain from going outside.
・Customer whose close friends or family are covid-19 patients or have been in close contact with an infected person.
・Customer who recently enter/return to Japan within 14 days from countries where Japanese government implement entry restrictions of visitors.
・Customer who feel uncertain about their health condition.
If you start feeling sick at the venue, please inform our staff immediately.
 
⑤Please wash and sanitize your hands frequently while inside the venue.
 
⑥Please maintain social distance.
 
【Our Health and Safety Protocols】
 
・Our staff will be wearing masks.
 
・We add disinfectants throughout the venue.
 
・We frequently sanitize high-touch areas.
 
・We put up posters of instructions to prevent infectious disease for customers.
 
・We practice social distance and install plastic shields at bars to prevent droplet infection.
 
・We keep running a ventilator at all times and practice additional ventilation including opening windows and doors.
