TIMOTHY REALLY LAB. – ALL NIGHT LONG –
Picnic People Panic pursues dark psychedelia, delivering unique energy to dance music fans. Its third event will be held on November 14th, uniting top DJs from Japan and abroad to further PPP's utopian vision.
The 2F Main Floor will host the first-ever two-man show featuring pure vinyl players Vladimir Ivkovic and DJ Masda. Vladimir Ivkovic, the founder of the label Offen Music, is known for his connections to the depths of diverse music scenes and niche reissues. He has been a resident at Düsseldorf's music hub Salon des Amateurs for over a decade. He magically wields every conceivable sound—from 90s psychedelic trance to pure dance tracks, such as techno and house, as well as cosmic punk. This is precisely what it means for sound to warp space. The essence and aesthetics of his DJing become increasingly apparent as you learn more about his career. By the dawn of this night, witnessing his grand storytelling, everyone will be captivated by him.
Joining him is DJ Masda, head of Cabaret Recordings. His signature, original sets create immersive experiences. With a global following, he brings a unique take that resonates worldwide. Performing regularly, his precision and skill keep the audience engaged. While known for blending vinyl across genres and decades, the true value of his sets lies in combining emotion and evolution beyond technology.
The 1st Floor will be curated by HEADQUARTERS 2, which was configured by the inception members of Rainbow Disco Club. Here, one core artist from the scene performs an open to last set each time. This night, featuring the kind-hearted dance monster collective Timothy Really Lab. Being one of the local heroes, and currently making waves worldwide. They will deliver a special set commemorating their 20th anniversary.
On the 4th floor, TPC brings soulful house and Balearic disco. Minami, who hosts events at OATH and TUNNEL, and Prisma with Dazzle Drums, highlights dance music with a powerful, warm style. Okinawa-based Kiora, with mixes on NTS and RADIO TNP, provides beats inspired by late-80s Ibiza. The floor’s key man, MASAYASU, stands out for exceptional track selection and mixes.
PPP is not about nostalgia or ego. Its mission is to elevate the dance floor into a source of musical miracles and new stories, ensuring DJing is a deeply transformative experience rooted in love for the music.
