A spectacular night awaits as WEAVES, the party that has shaped Japan’s melodic techno and house scene since its early days, brings together some of the country’s top domestic artists for an extraordinary showcase.

Held at WOMB, WEAVES has been at the forefront of the melodic techno and progressive house movement for over a decade, standing apart from fleeting trends to deliver a consistently high-quality sound. This summer, the party returns to light up the night with its signature sound and atmosphere.

This time, instead of inviting international artists, WEAVES focuses entirely on domestic talent. On the Main Floor, KO KIMURA makes his debut appearance at WEAVES. A true pioneer of Japan’s house and techno scene, KO KIMURA is celebrating his 40th anniversary as a DJ this year. His influence runs deep—ever since the early 2000s when progressive house began gaining recognition as a genre in Japan, KO KIMURA’s name has been inseparable from its rise. His DJ set promises to resonate strongly with the crowds eager to experience the “now.”

Joining him are WEAVES’ familiar residents. U:ICHI, praised as Japan’s melodic master by artists like Ken Ishii and Dosem, continues to solidify his unique sound as part of the roster for Dosem’s label, Houstrike. SHOGO ITO, whose recent releases on Set About have garnered international acclaim, also joins the lineup, alongside AHREUM. It’s exciting to imagine how each of these artists’ distinctive sounds will shape the dancefloor.

From WOMB’s world-class sound system, melodies will weave together in rich layers, while 100LDK provides visual effects and lasers, creating a unified audiovisual experience that is reason enough to keep coming back to WOMB.

On the VIP Floor, seasoned selectors like YONOSUKE KAWANO × OHTA, HIDEMI, and MISA, all long-time friends and collaborators of the WEAVES team, will deliver their sets. Fresh energy will come from rising talents TOCHAN and MOCHIDA, whose DJ performances are highly anticipated.

Meanwhile, the WOMB LOUNGE will host NOMAD BEER LAB NIGHT, presented by emerging crews NOMAD LAB and TOKYO BEER LAB, both making waves across Tokyo and its surrounding areas. This floor promises vibrant sets from a new generation of DJs, offering yet another layer of excitement.
