Climb up Dogenzaka, on the right side of Shibuya 109, for around 5 minutes, and then, after you reach the right, front kitty-corner side of the “Dogenzaka Koban”, turn right. After turning right into the alley that is in front of the Family Mart on top of the hill, go straight for around 50 meters and it will be the gray, concrete building on the right-hand side.
